Good to point out that they had a number in stock and then they sold out but you can still put orders in. I thought their system would stop selling it if they went to 0 stock.

Got a pre-order in on the 32GB one. Here's hoping. Never seen stock numbers go down like that before :)

mattRSK: -1 in stock

Yeah, I completed my purchase and went back and saw that too. Smile

E-mail says pre-order so we shall see how many we end up with between B&N and Aquire... could be any number between 1 and 4 (or none).

^ it is really annoying.  lots of people are complaining at best buy forum because of cancelled orders.  others chose the pickup option and paid for it but once they got in the store, there are no stocks for them.

Do you think there's more chance of getting a 32gb from Acquire?

I'm betting acquire had more in stock than the 90 as they took down two suppliers with circa 240 units before they changed the price on the one that was around 90.  So I think you guys that had -1 are still in with a good shot.

After I ordered it still said 40 left, so I'm hoping it was first in :), we'll see.... :-/

I'm on the wait list as well, was totally an impulse buy at that price, not sure I need it.....have to break news to the wife now. Just bought an Ipad 2 a few weeks ago, so could be having to sell this soon!

I lined up outside Noel Leeming this morning after reading about them maybe being cheap in NZ. On the offchance. I got the only one they had, display model.

It's a load of crap, but it was cheap.

I hopefully got one 16GB and one 32GB from acquire.

I'm hoping they divvy up the touchpads, so people who bought 4+ don't hoard all the stock...

i also ordered more than one for workmates but sort of hoping they limit it to one per order so 80% of them don't end up on trademe.

I got sent an order confirmation from Acquire but it appears system generated so might not mean anything...
