Hi everyone!!!! I got a problem, I took some photos on my phone and when I put it into my computer it says that it does not support the file format  or it isn't the latest update of the picture format.... and that doesn't work either! Does anyone have any solutions or am I out of luck? I have been trying everything for the past 3 hours :(

Can you connect your phone to the computer via USB and see the phones plus the SD cars as drives on your computer? Perhaps you'll be able to read the card that way.

Hello, I have connected my phone to the computer, put the Micro SD into the adapter and that doesn't seem to work either :(

Take a sample photo, upload it to dropbox or yousendit, post a link. Someone will work out the format and let you know how to read it.

Most phones just take jpg.

If it still displays correctly on the phone then there is nothing wrong with the card. +1 for timmmay's suggestion above.

Timmay's solution is a pretty much guaranteed solution.

I was just wondering if perhaps your PC was a Mac?

How many gb is your card? The standard has changed three times and some card readers or operating systems have trouble with the newer cards. The original format was limited to 2gb and the HC format was limited to 32gb.

Could be anything. Fake card that's 4GB telling you 64GB, software problem, user problem, etc. Take it to someone who knows what they're doing.

Why would this be something that 2degrees can help with?

Chances are you have a fake card, and it has now hit the capacity that it really has so everything else is just reading as a whole lot of nothing.

Put the card in a USB reader, put it in the computer and run H2testw across the card and see what its real capacity is.

Hopefully you are still within the 45 days that paypal/ebay give you.
