I want to create table top name tags (tent style so an upside down V). I'll be making them in photoshop and printing them at warehouse stationary on 250gsm card.

What size should each image be???? in pixels if possible? half the height would be white for the back of the tag.

Work it out by making a model, and work on the basis of 600 ppi (pixels per inch), 236 pixels per cm. Photos tend to be 300ppi, documents for a laser printed 600. It won't make a lot of difference though, the printer software will resample things to look decent, so long as you have enough pixels.
