I have MP 1.1.3 and EPG Collector 3.1

EPG collector happily grabs the info from the DVB-T tuners and creates TVGuide.xml no problem.

When I try and import with MP with the provided xmltv plugin, it says 21 channels imported, but 0 programs imported.

Must be a few DVB-T only + Mediaportal users here?

Nevermind... just had to map the channels in MP.

Easy.

It is a fantastic little application.

Very happy I can have a DVB-T only box - less cards, less cable, and no reliance on a third party EPG source.

Where did you acquire the xmltv.dtd file? Was that generated when you setup the mappings?

Never mind, I did not need the dtd file and I managed to import the channels (Thanks for the tip about the mappings).

Where to acquire the XMLTV DTD (because it is needed):

XP = C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\xmltv
Vista/7 = C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\xmltv

Note, both of the above are hidden folders, so either enable viewing of hidden files and folders or search with system/hidden files and folders included.

Download = http://xmltv.cvs.sourceforge.net/*checkout*/xmltv/xmltv/xmltv.dtd
