Hi there,

Is there a way to add new tp frequencies to EPG Collector?

I wish to download the EPG for GEM, GO! and Channel 9

On Optus D1 12398 V, 11909-2/3 8PSK, DVB-S2.

Many thanks,

Tim

I just edited the ini file and put the values in directly.
This is my ini file for channel 9 Australia:

[GENERAL]
Output=K:\Users\HTPC\Documents\EPG data\Channel9.xml
Tuner=5
Timeouts=10,300,5
Location=AUS,0
Option=ACCEPTBREAKS

[DVBS]
Satellite=1600
Dish=10750000,10750000,22000000
TuningFile=160.0°E Optus D1.xml
ScanningFrequency=12398000,12600,3/4,V,EIT

Hope that helps

I'll add this to the transponder file that goes out with the release.

Let me know if there are any more.

Thanks for that suggestion. I eventually figured it out myself by editing the dvbs tuning parameters.

Program Files/Geekzone/EPG Collector/Configuration/TuningParameters/dvbs

Edited 160.0E Optus D1.xml by adding

<Transponder>
<CarrierFrequency>12398000</CarrierFrequency>
<Polarisation>LinearV</Polarisation>
<SymbolRate>11909</SymbolRate>
<Modulation>ModNotSet</Modulation>
<InnerFecRate>Rate2_3</InnerFecRate>
<CollectionType>EIT</CollectionType>
</Transponder>

Many thanks,

Tim
