Hi,

I am on W8, and I can access my gmail using IE.. however I can't using Google Chrome. Has anyone else had this issue?

I have tried the following

-Re installing Chrome
-Clearing cookies
-Clearing history

So far nothing has worked.. bit strange!

The username or password you entered is incorrect.

The System Date Time is correct.

I am using Google Chrome Version 25.0.1364.97

Sorry I dont have a solution.
You could check your time and date are correct? (Although I suspect they are if IE works okay)

But time like theses dont you wish google had a phone support helpdesk?

I suspect your chrome has auto-updated, and hosed itself, and may come right when google silently rolls out the next update (probably within 3 days)

Guys victory!! It was the Kaspersky Virtual Keyboard (extension for Google Chrome) that was doing the damage! . .wasted so many hours!! Since my p/w had lower case/upper case letters maybe the Kaspersky Virtual Keyboard probably couldn't mange to distinguish it because I'd a different account which had all lower case letters and it worked on Google Chrome!

Thank you guys for your help.
