This is actually something I'm working on right now (founded www.goodnest.co.nz).

 

It's hard as there are so many subtle decisions that lead to 6 hour whiteboard sessions on the best way to balance the experience for consumers and tradies. Tradies are characters too - don't fall into the nerd trap of trying to sell them technology to make their lives better. Technology = pain for them!
