I'm wanting to create a niche in small business startups.


Rather than just processing debtor and creditor invoices, like other bookkeepers do, I'd like to expand my services to include cashflow generation and budgeting and KPI's (key performance indicators)


I'm thinking about including budget and information packages with my services, for the small business owner and sole trader. And the focus of my business will be to encourage people to grow beyond just being self employed. For the moment I have my budgets in spreadsheet format as a lead in for people that are still using pen and paper to do their book work.


I'm going to send a brochure to some of the small time accountants and ask them to send me their toughest customers.
