I have emailed a support call to skinny - but just in case anyone else has this issue...
I tried accessing the internet on my mobile and get a 'skinny' page that says 'you have used all your credit or allocated calls'.
I know I have used hardly any data/calls.
I am on the $16 combo plan.
The account is in credit.
I have 218minutes and 427mb available according to the skinny balance system - sounds correct to me.
They had a recorded message saying that people on unlimited plans were getting a message about having no credit left. Maybe its not just them.
Anyone else having problems?
