Thanx for the new website.  Now I can see what by balance is and when it expires.   smile

 

The only problem I've been having is when I log out   I have to shut the browser (Opera 12.17)  down to login again as I get redirected to another login area that rejects my  login info if I don't..

 

The other thing is  that I got this email  today

It looks like they're making a forum/community or something, and this was creating the accounts for it

From your dashboard, if you select Combos & Add-Ons and then scroll to the end of the displayed Combos you will see an accordian box with the description Monthly Combo Terms or Weekly Combo Terms.  The explanation is in there.

For the email - there was a one off issue with this being sent to recently registered accounts.

looks good, but i keep getting interface error when i try to top up...  i cant top up at the moment

UPDATE: re-entered credit details, working agian!

After looking thru the website at the International Roaming which now is a PDF   I'm puzzled by the roaming cost while in AU..

 

 

 

Ozz calling

 

It shows within Ozz calling at 44c / minute  and international calling  $1.   Is this calling back to NZ as I'm sure it was 44c per minute on the old website. I'm going there in a a couple of weeks.  44c / min was OK but $1 / min is not.. 
Can you clarify

Used it some more.
No favicon(?) when adding to home screen (iOS).
I would find it more useful if data usage (metered) was shown above skinny minutes and texts (unlimited).
Still very pleased with the new look.

Well they've had that website since their old green and pink branding I think it was time for a new one, and this one is alot better for managing your account

LivingSkinny, FYI, there's a typo on https://www.skinny.co.nz/dashboard/details: "Link mutliple accounts to all be managed in your Skinny Dashboard" (down the bottom in the orange panel).

Also, the picture a few posts above says "Internatioanl".

Good catch - Call Voicemail should say Call NZ or Voicemail.  I'll get that changed and also get the spelling checked!
