Few months ago switched mine and my wifes mobile to skinny, mine on 46$ a month hers on 16$

i setup on my wifes phone on auto top up for her 16$ a month plan,

Auto topup
at a set time
every 30 days
starting from June 2, 2015

apparently this means, to skip July entirely, and start from august 1, meaning the combo didnt renew and got charged casual rates the last day she was in NZ before heading overseas

we have very different definitions of "starting from"

your helpdesk claim it would have said it was starting from august and not july when i did it, doesn't matter what i choose as the starting date
maybe it did say August, and i looked over it - taking your word for it - funny how your site still says starting from June 2 tho, and not sure why you wouldn't just choose the date i selected to start from.

anyway you got some easy cash out of me with your costly casual data rates, congrats Skinny.

Actually, that happened to me as well, in May when I started. It just did not take out the money for my first combo even though it showed my selected topup date. Luckily, it wasn't a big deal as I use very little resource.
