Just switched to this, will see how we go.

It will mean I don't have to tinker with Gargoyle Quotas for our students/boarders innocent

Didn't have a waiting time to switch. Not sure if it is because Vocus has such big Internets now or if it's because we've been with Maxnet since The Garage Days laughing

I'm a little sad that the tech support folks aren't as good at ordinary Kiwi English as they used to be- I find myself having to explain things several times before they understand my questions. Nothing to do with Unlimited. Probably to do with Vocus rather than Maxnet now frown

So far working ok.

Only issue is internal: too many people in the house all trying to use the internet :)

You can still use Gargoyle for QoS to prevent large downloads slowing down real time traffic small http or voip etc.

And now I'm having to get a new router :(
Prob because it wasn't on power filter
Will try for another of the same as I got the hang of it via Ragnor's instructions last time

Hi Ragnor, any suggestions for a replacement router now my TL WR1043ND has died? Looking for something simple to flash with Gargoyle then setup. Still using the modem you recommended

Thanks
