need to hire or borrow a kango or breaker in central Auckland to chip away some lava rock from an area i'm building a patio... the daily cost on one of these is from $70 to $110 at the usual hire places.  anyone have one they're willing to lend?

while I think of it, i'm also going to need to hire a plate compactor too soon..

Not really what you are after but in case no one contacts you, I always hire stuff like this from hirequip for the weekend, it means if you need it for two days you get the Sunday free with their weekend special. They let you pick up after 3pm (from memory) on a Friday and return it by 9am Monday all for one days hire.
