Our walk in kitchen pantry seems a bit too warm to me ... any ideas on how I can cool it down ?

Is it getting hotter than the rest of your house? Or do you need it to be cooler than the rest of your house?  If You have a sub floor space. Make a hole between it and the pantry with a fan and some fine mesh to stop bugs.

Not warmer than the rest of the house, just warmer than I'd like it to be, no scientific measurement just me walking in and going "hmmm .. too warm in here!" :-)

It does have a vent below, to the underneath go the house, maybe a fan pulling in from there might work.  Working out how to get the cavity slider door to self close might help too.

The techie in me wants it refrigerated slightly but I think that might be too hard :-)

If you have a floor vent then adding a ceiling vent will get some air movement. You need to be smart about it else you will get cold air from the roof in winter.
