nakedmolerat:
holy heck at the number of pump(s) you got there! +1 for Davey.
btw, i was thinking about uv filter for our rain water tank (used for cooking/drinking etc), i read around it and it looks like a 'scam'. we just have the simple cheapie water filter. no problem lol.
Looking at another one and another 22,000l tank.
We have a couple of full-house filters (10"x4.5")... a washable 20 micron filter and a 5 micron coconut carbon block. I drink it, but the Mrs wont, and when we need the river water, it's pretty brown (I wont drink that) :D
Going to change to a triple 20"x4.5" setup. 20 micron washable into 5 micron polyspun washable sediment and finally, the 0.5 micron tannin reduction carbon block.
@Aredwood: I have 3 pumps as part of my main rainwater system. Plus various other pumps for secondary tasks. And this is all on an suburban property.
Got me intrigued...
What's the reason for your setup?
