But seriously, bees are kinda important to our ongoing living on this planet and stuff, so instead of killing them find someone who can safely move them.

if they are honey bees, dont kill them

call one of the many places for them to come pick them up. most will be round in a matter of hours

Saving them is going to depend on whether the queen can be extracted (ie without pulling the shed to pieces).
