if they are honey bees, dont kill them

 

call one of the many places for them to come pick them up. most will be round in a matter of hours

If you're in Chch and want to DIY, PM me.  I've got full bee suit, gloves, smoker, boxes etc.

 

Saving them is going to depend on whether the queen can be extracted (ie without pulling the shed to pieces).

Stu: Ring a bee keeper/bee keeping club. Someone will collect them for you.

 

 

Not nececssarily, a swarm of wild bees are often not worth the hassle for beekeepers. You can certainly try, but it's not guaranteed to get a response.
