if they are honey bees, dont kill them


call one of the many places for them to come pick them up. most will be round in a matter of hours

Saving them is going to depend on whether the queen can be extracted (ie without pulling the shed to pieces).

Not nececssarily, a swarm of wild bees are often not worth the hassle for beekeepers. You can certainly try, but it's not guaranteed to get a response.
