@Xile crunching the numbers for June, what the power company says for import vs what the fronus smart meter measured was out by 2kWh for 30 days. and what the power company says for export vs what the fronus smart meter measured was out by .02kWh for 30 days. So surprisingly accurate.
Generated 70% of what we did in May, 734kWh vs 509kWh. So its only up from here given we have gone past the winter equinox.

I'm currently looking at a three-phase 15kW solar system with a GoodWe ET inverter with unbalanced load support over phases and an export limit of 10 kW across phases.
I think I've found a perverse effect of the lack of net metering across phases and Flicks solar plan. With Flick my cost of electricity is a flat 15.64c/kWh (incl. GST) while their solar buyback rate is the wholesale rate. So it would appear that whenever the wholesale rate is greater than 15.64c/kWh I could make a profit by importing on one phase and straight away exporting this on the other phases. So with the current average wholesale rate of 35c/kWh if I did a pointless shuffling between phases of 5 kW I could make $20 per day. Most days I'd have periods where I could make a profit doing this.
This is just wrong. Importing during low demand and exporting during high demand has benefits, but only really negative effects from phase shifting!
Whilst it sound good, when you're exporting excess solar, I'd assume that's when the wholesale rate is quite cheap. There'd be an abundance of supply when the sun is shining and the wind is blowing during the middle of the day. It's first thing in the morning when everyone get's up for work and dinner time when there is greater demand on electricity and the wholesale rates are more expensive. Trouble is, you're not producing any solar to export at that time.

I have a 3phase 15kw system that is really a 13kw. We managed to get through Well, effectively 15kw sell back, but technically is unlimited. Is your lines company in your area limiting the 10kw sell back, or is that the retailer Flick with that limit?
When I was looking at the various plans, It seemed that my system would not be making very much power during the peak price times, and be making a lot of power during the off peak times, ie a bright sunny Summer day. So I settled for the Meridian 5 year fixed plan of 70c a day for line charges, a sell of 17c kwh and buy back at just under 30c a kwh at night etc.
My goal is to have No power bill ever again, although it will make a small return each year for the 1st 5 years and then wait and see. If you are able to make over $1600 per year as well as free power, very well done.

Yes that is annoying. Pretty much the same data is still available under Analysis -> History with no time limit.
And to their credit the Rest API on the inverter is open, so there's plenty of plugins for HomeAssistant and PVOutput etc.

Don't bother with the premium version, as has been said you can access the data through the history tab.
Secondly if you run home-assistant or similar you can use that to query the inverter directly and get more stats than the online portal shows you. If you want more data online then you can look at linking homeassistant or your inverter upto https://pvoutput.org and track things there.

Why is it an issue? What they offer is a service over and above the provision of data that they already do, they have an ROI calculator, an Expense report generator and a couple of other things
Nothing that you actually NEED, your stuff still works without it.
I have subscribed to the fronius app, as my wife likes looking at the graphic that the system showed when it was first turned on. I think it was like for 3 days or so and then stopped as the 3 day free trial had expired. It would seem that some may like the estimation on the weather for the area to help them plan the next days use of power etc. Long term, all the data is in the history.
It is nice to see where you are at with the solar system, and where your power company thinks you are at. The Premium is not required for this aspect.
Don't get too hung up about it. Every time the sun shines, you know it is doing something for you.
Very well done on getting solar on board.
My system was switched on yesterday (11/7/24) and peak output was 4.8kW. The panels total 7.1kW and the inverter is a 5kW Fronius gen24, Canterbury north facing (350deg), 28deg roof.
Something doesn't seem right about the numbers though as it's winter and the optimal angle is nowhere close to my roof angle. The output is supposed to be about double in summer which would be 9.6kW.
Can anyone with a similar system provide their own data from yesterday so I can double check this?
