Hi All,

Has anyone here having account issues with Compass. They didn't charge my credit card last month (as they normally do) and charged me an overdue fee this month despite stating they would sort it.

They now appear to changed me from a flat rate plan (dial up speed after data used up) to a pay over your cap plan. Anyone else in the same boat? Three calls so far but the issues appear to remain. Compass have been great up until this issue.
