So it's been over a month now since launch of our No Data Cap Pack.

Have quite a few on-board now and wondering how it's been?

Been good, but speed has been getting a little slower recently, I'm not sure if it's due to our hammering of our ADSL line or the pipe on your end has filled up.

But the fact that we don't have to worry about how much we use is amazing. Amazingly amazing. Always used to keep an eye on usage and try to fit in by delaying updates and stuff and now it's just so much less hassle. The slight slow down is a bit of a nuisance, but it's still amazing.

Thanks - sorry about the late response.

Great to hear you are enjoying it. The pipe is starting to fill to be honest so getting more bandwidth shortly.

Has this extra bandwidth been added yet?  Trying out the no data cap pack for the past week and while a good deal I have noticed it getting slower as time went on.  Are the no data cap people in a separate user pool to those on capped plans? I haven't been able to judge if it is due to that or the pipes filling up that has caused a slowdown.

I have seen my netflix streaming slowdown greatly, takes much longer to switch to a full hd stream. Also spotify is terribly slow.  Individual tracks pause numerous times for up to a minute.

The extra bandwidth was added over the last few days and is complete now.

Yes the people on the no data cap pack have their own pool.

Let me know how you go tonight.

Hi Scott

Excellent work on Spotify.  No issues now, streams instantly and completely with no pauses.  I know Spotify uses P2P to deliver the stream so I can see how that might have caused problems.

Netflix seems OK.  It was never as bad as Spotiy was.  Might just have been a busy period where I was watching SD content for 40-50secs before it would switch to HD.

Thanks for that.  I should post my Flip issues here before the support centre so I get a quicker a response Tongue Out
