Thank you for contacting Premier League Pass support. All games will be archived for on demand or replay viewing but some matches will only be avaible until the start of the next round. There will be 250 matches that are available on demand or in replay for the duration of your subscription. The other 130 matches will only be available on demand or on replay until the start of the next round or about a week's time.
At this time we can not confirm the specific games that fall into each category but more information should be available after the start of the season.

Have you tried mediahint.com great extension for Firefox or chome to get around the geoblocking. Only drawback is it's web based so will be convenient for some set-ups.
I'm gonna see if I can access http://stream.nbcsports.com/liveextra/ and watch this way for free before trying to sign-up for a local service...

Also got a reply that they will update us "in the next day or so." Season starts in just under 4 days so you'd like to think the 4th team is wrapped up by now. Unless negotiations have hit a stand still and they might miss the first week, or even not secure a 4th team at all.

I've also tried out one called Hola Unblocker on Chrome which let me access things like BBC Iplayer.
