Hi folks,

I know there are numerous ways to bypass geo-blocking of netflix etc.

Not sure if this has been discussed before, is there any tried and tested way of bypassing geo-blocking on Youtube that works well in NZ? (especially through Apple TV / iPad etc.)

Thanks!

Yes, that's exactly the type of blocking I would like to bypass.

freitasm: A VPN will do it.

Thanks Mauricio but wouldn't VPN slow down or cause buffering issues? Also, would a VPN work for Apple TV without the need of a special router?

I VPN Netflix with no issues on ASDL on W7 and safari on Apple laptop.
Try it and see.

Being an unbloc us user, youtube region switching is a feature I've asked them for (they've already got it for netflix).  The only solution I found was to use Hola on a browser.  But couldn't set it up for an apple tv or roku.
