Just wondering if anyone has some recommended add-ons for Kodi, that actually work.  Many of the usual ones require you to be in the US or similar. I've found a few good ones (such as PBS and Sundance.TV) but not many.

Phoenix is interesting.  It will stream just about any movie free-of-charge.  It can also download them, although I have no idea how, so be wary!

Related interesting post on Kodi.tv yesterday (not intended to be a response to OP's request or subsequent replies, just thought it was worth reading / considering).

Thank you for posting this. For some reason it doesn't seem to work for me. I get the option to select the channel and then quality - after that nothing happens.

I really hope to get this to work. I find the fanpass webstream quite pathetic. My experience with NHL.tv was that the (unofficial) Kodi plugin gave far superior quality over the NHL game streams.
