driller2000:

Would recommend you have a mouse and keyboard plugged in as it makes it a lot more functional with some apps. (Kodi is 90% good without a kb/mouse)

Is it possible to use a computer (Macbook Pro) or phone (Samsung Galaxy S5) as keyboard?

Box is connected via ethernet, so I can't use Kore or similar, as they connect via WiFi from what I understand.

Kore on your ph connects to the network via wifi - so as long as the box is on the same network it will work. ie. its not a direct connection from the ph to the box via wifi.

At least hats how I understand it - and i am pretty sure I tested my ph and it worked with my 905 box.

driller2000, in regards to your box, what speed do you get out of it?

I've got 100/20 and the box is connected via ethernet.

I get about 40/20. Is that normal? (On my Macbook Pro, I get 100/20, when I run a speedtest).

And (if that's normal) if I then had 200/20, could I then expect the speed to be around 80/20?

And why is there no drop in the upload speed?

Actually, just did another test.

Was around 67mbit download.

Not sure why, but now I get the full speed. Happened after I switched ethernet port on the router.

Is it possible to record live TV (from Kodi) to an Android box?

I've read somewhere that it's not possible - http://kodi.wiki/view/PVR_recording_software

and elsewhere that it is - https://github.com/rkubera/pvr.iptvsimple
