I'm having trouble with streaming three now and tvnz. Sometimes it will run faultlessly them other times it will be freezing and unwatchable. We also use Netflix and never have an issue.

I'm.wondering if this is a common issue or if it is something I can fix?

Our internet is only adsl (download speed of around 10mb/s, which I would have thought should be enough for such tasks.

Watching on what device?  WiFi or cable?

Hp stream mini pc 200-10 and ps4 with this on demand. Wi-Fi, which i have thought could be the issue but doesn't explain why Netflix plays faultlessly. Have tried Ethernet connection on the hp but it will not connect (a big with Windows 10 I believe)

I feel as though they are just poor servers or something (I don't know alot about it) but for Netflix to work fine and these two to not just seems odd
