I was going to put this in ebook readers but this effects my prime streaming as well.

I often close Amazon and open a new account after a few months.

But I bought the Mrs a Kindle and I see Prime gives really good benefits for Kindle.

Now Im worried if I register it A. do i need to register it to be in the US as I use US prime, B. If I register it, can I use it another Prime account later on?

Do I connect my Kindle to a prime account, then browse the books that way? Im trying to do it from my web browser but cant see a way to download for kindle etc. Just a little confused.

Cheer ya'll.

I've noticed that ebook price and availability varies significantly by country on Amazon, so it may be worth comparing this for the sorts of books you buy.  I have a separate UK amazon account solely for ebooks because of the price difference.

if you are going to use the Prime reading then it will only work with a USA account. I have people tell me this wrong but i am going on what Amazon told me.

I'm sorry to hear that you aren't able to borrow books using Prime Reading.

I've checked our previous correspondence and I'm sorry for the incomplete information provided to you.

I've checked your account and see that you are currently living in New Zealand. I'd like to tell you that currently the Prime Reading is available for customers with a U.S. country of residence i.e. this feature is only available for customer who are currently living in U.S. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Hence, I've have shared a request with our development team enable the option to borrow books for international customers. They will surly look in to this.

We are looking forward to seeing you soon.

We'd appreciate your feedback. Please use the buttons below to vote about your experience today.

Yes I agree you need to be in NZ. I just dont know if registering locks you to a prime account or if you can move your kindle across multiple prime accounts over time?
