NzBeagle: The Old Guard is coming through as 15.25 for me this evening. (Dolby Vision)
If I recall correctly I was watching the other night, as Orange is the New Black, it is still 11.44. (Ultra HD 4K)

That's quite interesting. I get 11.44mb/s for The Old Guard down here in CHCH. May be dependent on what Netflix CDN you are connected to.

I'm getting 15.25, LG TV 2degrees Christchurch.

That's on control z, and other I watched tonight Another Life. Another Life awesome sound.

One started at 7 point something then within 30 seconds went to full 15.25, so if just started something playing the full speed may not be instant.

Every ISP appears to be back to full 15.4mb/s bitrate for Ultra HD, except Orcon. Starting to think Orcon are artificially throttling Netflix back to 11.44mb/s as even newly released Netflix Orginals like 'Cursed' are capped at 11.44mb/s.

I doubt it very much

I decided to do some of the own research over the past weekend that does add some validity to my comment https://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=81&topicid=272875
