Thanks for advice - I think ASB (direct debit) has to be done within 30 days of payment, doesn't it?

You shouldn't have to dispute payment unless you've exhausted your options with Spark. If there's credibility and records of your activity you should just be able to raise a billing dispute and expect them to credit your account. Are you sure you've hit a brick wall on this?

Any advice for a disgruntled customer of Spark Sport?
The only communication we can have with this entity is through email which is always a concern.
In May I suspended my account.
In August I opened the app to "unsuspend" it, and found that it was already working.
I looked at my bank account and saw they had taken June and July subscription payments.
I brought it to their attention and they asked me to "re-suspend" it (I presume thinking I was incapable of pressing two buttons). I suspended it again and again the suspension didn't work!
So they now KNOW there is a technical issue, admitted as much, but then say I can't have my money back because content "was available" if I'd wanted it - they know I didn't access it in June and July (because it was "suspended"). They also said I should have told them about it in May...! (why would I?!)
They have now ended the conversation.
Anyone any advice? Any avenues?
It's just plain wrong.
(edits - grammar for clarification)
If you like, you can flick me some contact details & an account number via PM and I'll pass them on when I'm at work on Friday - I'm sure I can find someone from the Spark Sport team to help you out, this sounds kinda crappy.
Anything I say is the ramblings of an ill informed, opinionated so-and-so, and not representative of any of my past, present or future employers, and is also probably best disregarded.
@raygreen100 The TDR is also an option, particularly if they have refused to take the complaint any further.
Loose lips may sink ships - Be smart - Don't post internal/commercially sensitive or confidential information!

It is. PM'd - cheers TJ!
I'm currently a Kayo user but had recently contemplated swapping to Spark Sport... until I found out about the single device streaming restriction. That simply wont fly in our household, we regularly have multiple family members watching different sports.
So, Kayo and DNS4ME it is for the foreseeable future.
Scott.
