Having the same issue with our fire tv and the three now app. We have had issues with this app for years. Never had a problem with tvnz app. I have also emailed them. Hopefully they will sort it out! Very frustrating! Especially being stuck at home for 6 weeks recovering after surgery.

Same issue - firestick is awesome, but cannot access three now - prompt to upgrade via Amazon store then just "hangs" trying to open :(

GOOD NEWS - ThreeNow is back (at least for for me).

 

Something happened overnight - I didn't need to re-install, it just worked and it's the new version.

Just got an email from Discovery/Three

 

 

 

"The update for the ThreeNow app on the Amazon Appstore is now available for download. Please try updating it again, and let us know if you have any trouble."

 

Havent tried it - but looks hopeful.

I cleared the cache and data and re-downloaded the app.

All is good now.

I uninstalled the app and re-installed - it didnt seem to want to update otherwise.

 

 

 

Anyway - clean install - all working now.
