You shouldn't have to delete your US account. I have had a US account (including Prime) for years. I just had to change the settings to AU.

 

When you login to amazon.com.au and go to Content and Devices you should see this:

 

 

And if you login to amazon.com with the same credentials you should see this:

 

 

If your account is not set to New Zealand, change it. Then reset the TV to factory settings and login again.

My friend at Panasonic told me this is a known issue with Amazon & 3Now app. Amazon is looking into it. So I guess we'll see...

Thank you, I did change to NZ from USA (but I didn't reset the TV,) I could download the TVNZ+ app and Sky Sports but not 3Now app so hope amazon may sort it out.
