Peppery: Huh. I'm having a similar issue. Did they say how they fixed it?? Chorus switched us over from Orcon ADSL to BigPipe VDSL last Friday, Monday & Tuesday morning we were still connected to Orcon and since Tuesday afternoon we've had no sync.


If you are still having this issue can you PM me your email address and I'll look into it.
I can see an issue in our CRM which looks like yours (based on your name on your geekzone profile) which looks resolved, but just wanted to make sure.
