Yep, ADSL and have tried factory reset.

This is the screen it always gets stuck on. None of the buttons work, except the back button.

As it shows on that first line, it's already set up for 0/100. I don't think the router is your problem personally.

I don't want to sound patronising, but just to be clear are you ticking the 'remove' box, before clicking on the remove button?  If you don't tick the boxes, you won't be able to remove anything because it doesn't know what you want to remove.

Yep have ticked the box, tried all the buttons with the box ticked and they still don't work!
I know it sounds ridiculous!

Have you tried another browser?
I've come across a few modems that don't like certain browser configs.

Does the modem status page say it has DSL sync?

umm ... has anyone asked him to put in the username / password to bigpipe?

Swype on iOS is detrimental to accurate typing. Apologies in advance.

Bigpipe use port based authentication. Any non blank username/password will work.

At the moment there are a couple of potential issues with OP's line as far as I can see. Either the modem isn't configured correctly, there's no sync, there is sync but it's not from a DSLAM port connected back to Bigpipe, or Bigpipe need to update the port information from their end.
