Hello Geekzone!

As per the thread title, if you're connected with Bigpipe on UFB and live in the Hamilton region, we'd like to have a chat with you.

We're in the process of diagnosing some network oddities in the area, and some of our staff will be in Hamilton later today. In addition to this we'd like to visit an address with a known working UFB line to do some diagnostics. The visit would likely last between 15 and 30 minutes.

If you're keen to lend us a hand, please PM me with your account email address and I'll be in touch.

We're all sorted now, no need for any further PMs.
