I emailed them yesterday and had a response within 2 hours. They used to be quite active here and Twitter, but lately not so much.

I found response times got far worse over the time we were with them. This, and a lack of a call centre to actually talk to someone when needed (eg like you’re facing now), were the reasons for us leaving BP. Don’t regret the shift at all...

Pretty sure you can tell the robot you want to talk to a human and they will actually put you through to one. At least that was how it was when I was with them last year...

Pretty sure you can tell the robot you want to talk to a human and they will actually put you through to one. At least that was how it was when I was with them last year...
