Anyone used the Oura ring version 2? 


Have been reading the Matthew Walker book "Why We Sleep" which makes a strong case that sleep is more important than we've previously appreciated (even losing an hour or two) has consequences. So the book has been good motivation but the Oura ring has been great for actually implementing a better sleep regime.


I got mine about a month ago and the first week I tried it with my old habits my deep sleep was terrible (averaging about 8% when 15-20% is more typical). Started to take not having screen time directly before bed much more seriously and cut down on caffeine and now my deep sleep is almost average. Also my sleep latency is much better.


Anyway wondered if anyone else has been using one? :)
