  1. Mount brackets for covered timber racks under clothes line on back fence
  2. Clean and tidy all cupboards
  3. Clean and resort all shelves and cupboards in garage
  4. Prepare lawn for wintering after dry summer
  5. Dam it - should of bought 7 polycarbonate sheets to re-roof patio - bugger

Mind you I may not have time to do all these if I am 'Called Up'

Do your DIY safely guys. You have 4 weeks so no rushing.

@Ge0rge , unfortunately no, even though my mb has bifurcation I could only get 2 out of the 4 to be seen. Still happy with it and a blazing fast 2tb cache.

Just looking to transverse with people wanting to practice their English.

When I was in Japan 20 years ago, Japanese from all walks of life would post notices on bulletin boards (real ones, not ones on the Internet).

A popular request was for English speaking tourist to allow them to give you a tour of Japan, so they could practice their English.

I was similar notices in the former Czech republics.

I'm a native English speaker. Is there a place I could talk to random people over the Internet who want to practice their English?

Last time I tried, it was being stalked by people who just wanted to talk sex.

I must admit I did rather poorly in English lessons in school, so I don't have any English teaching credentials.

I wonder what the rules are if you have your own helicopter and elect to take off, fly around for an hour and then land back at home?

It's not allowed, as everyone must stay home unless they're going to get essential supplies or getting some exercise.

Countdown by helicopter it is then!

Transverse means "lying across the long axis of the body or of a part".

Are you wanting to lie across the bodies of people who want to practice their English? 😃😷

Not really something you can do in isolation.

Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.

Sooo bored. I want to get out in the bush and get walking but I can't...but I know we need to do this for a reason. Roll on 4 weeks (hopefully not much more).

It's too easy just to sit at home and eat, and I'm trying my best not to.

Not sure what you are into in terms of exercise other than walking in the bush, however, there are a LOT of YouTubers streaming live exercise videos right now. Celebs too if that's your thing. Pretty much anything you could possibly want, including Yoga etc.

Perhaps it might help if you trim some bushes from on your property and stick them to your clothing to try and simulate the outdoors, perhaps put some honey on your skin, go outside an wait to be bit so you can itch a bit as well? :)

I'm used to walking 6-9 kms a day, not a couple of times around the block. Not enough room in my tiny place to do much exercise inside, and my yard is pretty tiny.

It sucks, but it is what it is for now. I certainly don't want to be one of those idiots who goes across town just because they "feel like a drive" or playing frisbee/having a picnic at the park - when I hear about that sort of nonsense happening, it really makes my blood boil.
