Wait.. you signed up twice?

Don't need to. The 'signup' button on the main page sends the details to create the 'my health' acct. If you signed up on the beta, you just use those details again!

Mine was browser saved, so all I had to do was change url and hit the login button. It hands off to login.health.nz and if you were on beta, still verifiable.

/edit nevermind.. I see now it was a 2nd person.

Did you see the big fat banner saying the legal implications for doing it for someone who wasn't you :)

I found the verification email had gone to my junk mail folder - in fact several emails did because I kept asking for another as I hadn't got the first - they were all  in the junk folder!

What mail provider. Might be handy to generate a list of bad ones so if big brother is watching (like the covid app) they could take note

Basic boilerplate. But made me go WOAH when guiding someone to signup as you did :)

Pretending to be another person to obtain/alter their personal information is an offense under section 212 of the Privacy Act 2020 and could result in a conviction and a fine not exceeding $10,000.

Seems like MoH didn’t setup the outbound email properly. Has everyone checked their spam mailbox??

For my hotmail.com address, the emails just never arrived.

Mine was in the right inbox on my gmail account. I just created the myhealth account five minutes ago using Realme to login and my driver’s license for ID. I've never 'verified' my realme login which is probably why it still required the driver’s license.

Emphasis mine.

Like jonathan18, I will be "helping" my SO & MIL to sign up for this if they want the info. I don't want to obtain or alter their information. I am the record keeper of the house. I've got their NHI number already saved & their vaccination dates are recorded in my calendar. And if it ever comes to it, I do know that it will be very hard to prove that I had no intent to obtain or alter their info.

Worked fine for me using my email hosted with Fastmail. Arrived in my Inbox nearly instantly.

jonathan18:

Sounds plausible! This could explain why it was the health portal that was asking for her driver’s licence details, as if it had been successfully connecting to RealMe she’d have been verified via that (given she’s already proven her identity as part of setting that up).

RealMe accounts can be unverified, such as mine. I hadn't gotten around to the Post Office to get it done yet--and I suspect due to the lockdown in certain regions there will be many in the same boat as me. In these cases it'll ask you to provide an alternative means of identity. I just supplied my passport details and that was all it needed.

DS248:
https://app.covid19.health.nz/vaccination-records

That site gives me a blank page in firefox, after logging in successfully. The page's title is correct. I tried clearing the browser cache and cookies.

It's good in chromium.

Works fine in Firefox for me.

Broken in Firefox for me as well. No obvious errors in the console, either. Hmm.

Still, when I use Brave it works fine, no hassles in signup.
