This could explain why it was the health portal that was asking for her driver’s licence details, as if it had been successfully connecting to RealMe she’d have been verified via that (given she’s already proven her identity as part of setting that up).RealMe accounts can be unverified, such as mine. I hadn't gotten around to the Post Office to get it done yet--and I suspect due to the lockdown in certain regions there will be many in the same boat as me. In these cases it'll ask you to provide an alternative means of identity. I just supplied my passport details and that was all it needed.
Yeah, I do get that, but in my partner's case her RealMe account had been fully verified ages ago, hence why it didn't make sense!
