Did you get the details of the truck, as unsecured loads can carry a big fine. I am a little bit sick of things falling off trucks, as I think many of them are very slack with securing loads properly. I had some bolts fall off a towtruck and hit my bumper when I was following them, and it was a nightmare getting my insurance company to refund me my excess on the repair which was over 1k. Even though I had identified the truck. Only yesterday I was following a truck with soil on it, and it was all going over the road, including some large rocks. I try to remember the plates of vehicles that I see breaking the rules.
