Anyone bought a car from them (especially recently) ?

Just wanna know what they're like and what their after-sales service is like before I deal with them.

Hi there,

The car I bought turned out to have worn winter tyres on it, they looked like good tyres, but failed WOF.

The winter/snow tyres are quite common on japanese imports. Since Japan is a snowy country in winter.

If the WOF inspection finds that one of them are worn (minimum 4 MM) , then the dealer must replace all 4 , it has to be in full sets.

But..if all of them are at minimum or above , then the dealer has no responsibility.

I didn't trust their WOF tester, so I got it tested at VTNZ after I purchased it, all came back good but a warning on the front tyres which were 4MM they told me.

I did purchase it from them , since when I wrote my original post I already made the deposit.
