I have a real soft spot for the Suzuki Swift. I really like teh Sport and have considered buying myself one, the wife had one and it was a lot of fun. The new one coming late 2107 early 2018 for the Sport looks awesome, the Sport with have the very good Boosterjet Turbo in it.

I also went for a sport, but I couldn't justify the extra const in fuel, so I went for the SE which has all the bells and whistles without the sporty look/engine, I am keen to see the new one this year as it had Android Auto in it and is lighter and supposedly more fuel efficient

I like it and it's like or better than the current Swift Sport it will be fun to drive.

Prius C (picture from net) - my actual consumption is 4.2L/100km. Tank is 36 L About 700kms on 28L. Traction battery - 20 modules (vs big Prius - 28 modules). From the battery rebuild perspective it is perfect car as you can use as a donor battery the failed one from usual Prius (it is rare when up to 8 modules are dead, so 20 could be re-used). Car is chosen mainly because of my line of business:

It's one of those odd vehicles with drivers that cannot see wheelchairs at stops and are colour blind.

It is actually quite an old Russian joke:

Kid is writing to his wealthy father (winemaker) who have just sent his son (student in the Moscow University) a brand new sports car:

- I am studying really well. Making good friends. Thanks for the car. But you know, dad, all my mates are taking bus to the Uni...

Reply from the dad:

- No worries, my son, just sold another batch of wine, bought you a bus, so that you can have a ride to the uni as your mates :-)
