The mighty Paj with boat

Nice. The boat looks like it would ride very well and be comfortable at anchor I like the Hull design.

She's very seaworthy, but a bit blunt in the bow.  This is great for crossing breaking surf - bars, beach launches etc because the bow is bouyant and lots of spray deflection.

But punching into a sea-breeze it can slam a bit.  Have to slow down to about 12 or 15 knots which is only just planing.

Mine.

2016 Nissan LEAF "Tekna" with a 30kWh battery.

Someone in Nelson has one of these - in grey.  I nearly stepped in front of it in the airport car park last week ... not looking and it's almost silent at car park speed. My bad  embarassed

Glad you survived. :-)

They can make a wee whining sound by default....but most drivers turn it off (switch on the dash). But I do leave mine on if I'm in a car park with people around......and they aren't wearing headphones. If I see headphones......there's no point leaving the whiny thing on.

Snap with the red Pajero.  I still have the Paj, but the boat went a few years back after I broke my back because the short choppy waves in the Sounds were murder

Nice. Wife is considering a Vespa in much the same colour, as the dealer has some of last years BNIB at a bargain price.

Not my vehicle, but I did rent this Renault Megane RS 265 in Sydney at the weekend. I have to say it was one of the most exciting cars I have ever driven - right up there with the Ferrari 458 Italia I drove on the track in Vegas, but about $375,000 cheaper lol

The best bit is that I drove it to my mate's place in the Hunter Valley on a fantastic windy back road. The handling is out of this world and the torque is ridiculous - the ESC was working overtime just to stop the wheels spinning in 4th gear at 80kph when I put the hammer down to overtake. I could never own one - my licence would last all of 5 minutes cool

Seriously, if you ever get a chance to drive one, just do it! It cost me AUD$202 for a 4 day weekend from Hertz. You can barely get a Corolla for that price. I have already booked it for my next trip over there in April.
