Coil:

I have emailed them advising that I was after a reprint and I obtained it that day (Still have proof of purchase for it)
Will update once I have a response. I was polite in writing. I did not receive an email confirmation so I had a feeling I entered the wrong email address.

Thanks

Tim

Exactly the right thing to do. I've done similar in the past (In fact yours sounds more legit than the couple of times I've done it ;-) ) and both times they waived the fine -  though I had to prove that I immediately remedied the issue. Always be polite and calm and they seem pretty reasonable.

edit: make sure you have the right address though!  (I just checked and I didn't get any confirmation email either so they don't seem to have that setup)

Hmm... Might be worth popping into their offices in the city if you're ever in the Cbd during the week. That's what i did once and they had a form I filled in with an explanation.

Got a reply via post and not email. (Testament to how backwards AT is)
I do not have to pay.

Smart decision AT....
