Hi all,

I have a question that i couldn't google the answer for myself.

If a car is parked with a front or back bumper outside the space marked by a white line but the wheels are still withing the boundary, is it a violation of any parking rule? Can a ticket be issues or car towed away?

May depend on the local authority. Wellington parking enforcement go on wheel position. That can be a nuisance when some old Yank aircraft carrier has its overhang blocking you in.

But if the bumper of said tank is overhanging a driveway and 'impeding access', then you can be fined for that.  Even if that driveway has a tree growing thru it so you can't get a car in there anyway, as I found out a few years ago.
