Obraik:

What is the configuration that you've ordered and when did you order it?

Ordered in March. Getting poverty spec with no upgrades - white car, black interior, plain wheels.

I'm surprised that's such a long wait considering that would be what they're making the most of! A new shipment has just arrived this week so while I don't want to get your hopes up, I would be prepared to receive a sudden "your car is ready!" email in the next week or two - it's not uncommon for people to cancel their orders or their finance falls through which bumps you up.

Yeah someone else that ordered in Feb got theirs in March. This went up because of that shutdown they endured in China and is now 10 days out from being 7 months so I am glad that its moving. Also glad that I ordered before June so still get the charging cable included.

Love the label.

I went with red, white interior and upgraded wheels (before the price rise).

does that make it the rich spec?

Yeah, that is "the baller" specification. Especially now since it takes you over the rebate limit, so "adds" $8,625 that you would otherwise have gotten as a clean car rebate.

Isn’t the “Baller Spec” a red M3P with white interior and FSD installed?

Looks pretty much the same, though. At least if the RWD isn't set up with the stock rims.

There are other features that gives away that you're faking it 😉

Oh I am sure you can fake all of the visual features if you were so inclined. Not like that doesn’t happen with other brands.

I've seen people posting pics on Reddit of their aftermarket red-painted Tesla-branded brake calipers. Not sure if they actually completely replace the stock brakes or if it's just some sort of cap you clip on. Seems like a lot of effort to me!

I turned off Premium connectivity due to weird issues with the radio stations I listen to either starting every time with Australian ads, or just not working at all (fine when on bluetooth from my phone).

I have set up hotspot but have to turn wifi on everytime we get into the car. Is there a way to either leave wifi on or have it turn on when the car wakes up? I am talking about the car wifi not the hotspot.

In the WiFi settings of your car, there should be an option under the SSID of your hotspot labeled "Remain connected in Drive"
