Discounted price(about $100 off other retailers) for their 96th birthday, unknown how long the deal lasts for. Both about $100 cheaper than their normal prices. I assume both are pretty much end of line stock.

I would avoid both of them as they are very low powered, in six months time they will be so slow they will be hard to use.

I know enough to be dangerous

Not sure if this is a new deal, but I noticed it when cross-checking cheapest laptops with 4GB on pricespy.

Not worth a new thread, so just adding to the list:

Same price.
Also same drive, and RAM size as others.
Screen a little bigger (15.6") - which probably means heavier too.
Only (real) point of difference is the Pentium 2020M, which is fair bit gruntier than either the E2-2100 or Celeron N2830.
