Huchiz: Probably the best automatic espresso machine deal this year.

Check at the Panasonic NC-ZA1 from HN, and for an additional $59 you have 4 years warranty, that is peace in mind for an automatic machine. Yes, they WILL fail.

It's almost the same as Sunbeam EM9300, both are rebranded of a German/Chinese WIK 7535. But as Panasonic approves it, also at this price and warranty terms it can't be beaten.

Thank you so much for posting this. Was able to convince the wife to get one earlier today at HN Wairau. Got the 4-year warranty for 70$, can't get the saleslady to bring it down to 59. Still, a very good deal. I was worried about the temperature because I like my coffee hot, turns out the highest temp setting is more than enough for me (tried it without milk though) :)

I would be tempted to get an extended warranty too due to the complexity of it, even though I don't normally buy them due to buyers already having CGA coverage. But does it say in the fine print of the warranty if it fails? Will they just refund you what you paid, which won't cover the cost of buying a new one, less the $59. Or will they fix it (which I am guessing is quite expensive), if they even have parts for it in NZ.

The sales person said they will try to repair it, if not, a refund of the product price will be offered. Details can be found on www.productcareclaims.co.nz

I
would personally prefer they fix the faults, but don't think they can source the parts easily in the future.

40% off solar lights at the Warehouse.  Picked up $50 worth this afternoon - a rooster, lady bugs, frog, lantern, and others.  Should have got big butterfly as well for mounting on the wall.  Will go back tomorrow.

richms: Did anyone sucessfully order the samsung triangle speakers from noel's for $99 at all?

They are gone from the site now, but the page I printed listed them as being on sale to the 29th, so am thinking of going in store with the printout.

Just letting you all know I managed to get this deal in store. Bought the display M7, display M5 and a multiroom hub (all with 3 year additional warranty) for $269.60. Used up all my luck for 2015 on that I think!

We picked up an F&P front load washing machine (WH8560P1). Checked around and the cheapest at the time was at Farmers for $1359 (RRP $1799) and we were going to get NL to price match. I quickly checked instore at HN and they were doing the same model for $1064. Their online price was $1299. We ended up purchasing it from HN as they staff provided better service, they had the machine in stock and had heaps more brands and models on the show room floor for us to compare.

Managed to pickup a demo white M7 Samsung at my local St Lukes NL today, pretty stoked with that. As I was leaving a guy was arriving took one look and said "please tell me they have more"!

Unfortunately not for him, however, lucky I didn't get stuck in traffic.

I figured you'd be a geekzoner - didn't realise you'd be the master troll Networkn :)   I went straight over to the mall and got a m5 from the Noel Leeming there.  Wasn't going to leave it up to JB to price match it.. and to think I was going to go to Noel Leeming at 9...

Lucky bastard - enjoy your speaker!

M5 is still great for 89 - but if you find the M7 doesn't fit with your needs, I'd like to take it off your hands!

LOL Wow, I did walk away and thought if I posted, what the chance of you being a GZ as well !

I'll be playing with the M7, if it doesn't suit I'll be sure and let you know. I actually prefer something with battery, so if I can get a Sony at a good price, I may be prepared to flick this.

For all those with a new M7/5 update the firmware on the speaker (download from Samsung NZ and copy to a USB flash drive). I setup mine last night and the new firmware is much easier and more reliable than the version loaded. I tried both and especially with an iphone not on the latest iOS it was a pain (Android was fine).
