Thinking of buying this for Miss 15 as a year 12 and 13 BYOD device  (against protests that only a surface book will suffice).

Currently $950ish at PB Tech today - Looks good as a Surface 4 equivalent product.

Any better deals around?

Thanks.

Picked up one for the wife a few months ago with (from memory) the same specs. She loves it. Should do the job for your Miss 15 if they have no require for a high-spec machine. Our Miss 15 almost 16 would love one also, but she'll have to keep using her Chromebook, for now at least.

Keep calm, and carry on posting.

One thing to check would be battery life in real life usage

Swype on iOS is detrimental to accurate typing. Apologies in advance.
