Wow that's a great price for the C9. If I recall correctly I don't think anybody had the 65" C8 down under $4k even with the Boxing Day sales.

Certainly the cheapest I ever saw them was around the ~$4300, a few demo models going for less.

Is this likely to sell out at that price?  Do they have limited stock at Black Friday prices?

Last few years yes and yes. This year who knows.

Also because they sold so well prices of things didn't get any lower in December last year!

How much discount = Supply / Demand

Or

Price = Demand / Supply

I've been tracking the C9 65" for a while.  I think I hit this $3,999 right now.  Any reason why I should wait?  Is it likely to get any better?

I'd say it is pretty unlikely it will get much/any better. Go for it, treat yo' self

I remember when the Samsung 65" k800 was 4300 and I advised a friend to buy it then a few weeks later it went down to 3,?00. That was really good deal at the time.

Right, I couldn't resist at this price and grabbed it.  Thanks for spotting the deal.  Now I should look away for the rest of the week/weekend in case it does go lower.
