Finch:

S10+ for $1200, or OnePlus 7T for $1100?

Can anyone offer any sort of advice...? Thanks

Doesn't feel like they are substantially cheaper. Maybe wait for OnePlus 8?

At the lower end of the scale JB hifi has Chernobyl BR for 27.20. New releases in general are I think on sale.

Edit - also Apollo 11.

For the Toaster connoisseurs out there, Smith & Caugheys have the Dualit Classic on sale

https://www.smithandcaugheys.co.nz/shop/brands/dualit

This stuff is hardly ever on sale in NZ. You can also sign up for their newsletter and receive an extra 15% off your first purchase.

On a personal note the S10+ is a better device than the 1+7t, better software, hardware and more reliable.

There's inevitable a QC with every batch of Oneplus devices and getting them repaired is very difficult and their customer service is practically nonexistant. I'm on /r/android more than I should be and honestly would rather a Samsung with better support.

Edit: because this is a boxing day deal thread, I must contribute a deal!

$350 for a Dyson hot/cold fan (50% OFF!)

Tried that for the newgen 4 slice but: The welcome discount code does not apply to one or more items in your cart. Please refer to our Promotions page for full details.

networkn: Anyone seen better than $1099 for the Galaxy tab s6 or 769 for the iPad air 2019 version (3rd Feb)

Yes I've been looking around for tablet deals too. Temped by the Galaxy S5e but not sure on it's performance? Can't bring myself to spend over $1k on a tablet.

Same but I also can't really get my head around accepting a lesser performing device.

I agonised over purchasing a Tab S4, the decider was that iPad Pro was significantly more.

Never regretted it, not for a moment. Superb tablet, I use it around 20 hours/week for work & leisure. My advice - grab that Tab S6, own it.

Noel Leeming has the Sony WF-1000MX3 for $349. It's still by far and away the best sounding and best featured BT wireless earbuds that can be utilised by everybody. The Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless might just shade it for sound (I still have a pair) but its usability is nothing short of a joke in comparison.

You add 2 to you cart and you get them for $40, so no issue. Just looks like their Boxing day deal is cheaper than their regular multibuy deal.

Jiriteach: I’ve been tracking a few item since we purchased a ton a few weeks back after moving into a new place.
We bought a new Fisher & Paykel dryer during Black Friday Sales - It’s $300 more now at Boxing Day!

I also purchased 2 x OLED Samsung TV’a - One is cheaper online price but at the time, I got a $400 gift card so works out the same!

Overall - the sales are hardly impressive!
QLED, Samsung does not make OLEDs

technically incorrect, most samsung phones and tablets have OLED Screens.

Pedantic, not technical.

I recall seeing one at North West, I think? I was making a beeline for the bargain basement 75" ones so I didn't stop to check them out, sorry.
