Got up to last couple of episode of Sons of Anarchy and it seems to have disappeared completely from Lightbox.


I know shows do have finite lifespan on there, but how do I tell that something is about to disappear?


I don't remember seeing any sort of flag or expiry date when I selected SOA in the app.  Did I miss something?


I guess I'll have to go and hire the DVDs just to watch a couple of episodes.


Suggestion: Perhaps emails could be auto-generated to advise subscribers when a series they have watched lots of episodes of is about to go, or when new episodes are added?

I know that Neon has a category "last chance to see" and warns when there are x days left.


And that both TVNZOnDemand and 3Now show how many days til expiry.


So it cant be that hard to add a category or alert for subscribers.

Really sorry about this one: you didn't miss anything in this case.


We usually get notice when content rights expire - and yep, we email people who've been watching (and not finished) a show that's coming down soon. Sons Of Anarchy was an unusual one, and we didn't get much/any notice.

We do also have a 'Disappearing soon' type carousel, which we turn on and populate with stuff ... but again, this one was unusual.

I haven't seen that for a while.  I guess it isn't visible when nothing is due to disappear.

We generally try and use it for stuff we know is popular with people - and again, it's good when used in conjunction notice of when stuff's coming down...
